What we teach
Learn it properly, then use it at work
Your advantage is what you already know: the subject, the people, the history, and the judgement. AI can help you research, write, organise, analyse, and plan without taking those decisions away from you. The skill is directing it well and giving it the right context.
That is taught in person and hands-on by someone who builds AI systems for real organisations. You work on your own files and leave with something you can continue using.
Where it came from
Why AI Upgrade exists
AI Upgrade started with a specific person in mind. A founder in his late forties — an NUS Executive MBA with more than two decades of building real businesses across Asia — who could see AI arriving in his industry and did not want to improvise his way through it.
He wanted a programme he could attend in person, with enough time to work on his own task and ask questions when he got stuck.
He also saw the people around him — founders, managers, consultants, people between roles, and professionals keeping their skills current — who needed to learn AI properly and apply it to real work and projects. They wanted a format that respected their time and a person in the room when they got stuck.
He asked Max Del Vita to build the programme he could not find.
