Two days to build your AI operating system and put it to work
A hands-on working session, taught live and in person by Max Del Vita, Claude’s Community Ambassador in Singapore — not a video course and not AI teaching you about AI. Day 1 you build a personalised AI operating system on Claude. Day 2 you connect it to your tools and put it to work, with a trainer at your shoulder the whole way. Every block ends with something on your own laptop.
Every registrant receives a pre-workshop survey so we can calibrate sessions to your priorities.

What each day covers
Day 1 builds your AI operating system on Claude — one that knows you and your business. Day 2 connects it to your tools, turns it into an operator, and sends you home with a 30-day plan. Two full days, hands on keyboards throughout.
Day 1
Build your AI operating system
By the end of Day 1 you have a personalised AI operating system, built on Claude, that knows you and your business, and one piece of real work shipped in your own voice.
The Architect mindset
Reset from chatting to directing. Get oriented in the 2026 AI landscape and learn to command AI, not just talk to it.
Set up your workstation
Build your Claude workstation — Memory, Projects, Artifacts, and Custom Instructions — configured around how you actually work.
Teach it your business
Run the two foundational interviews so Claude learns who you are, what you do, and how your brand sounds.
Ship something real
Put prompting and the 5 Ps to work, publish your first piece of content in your own voice, and present it to the room.
What you walk away with
Working AI systems you take home and use.
A personalised AI operating system
Memory on, Custom Instructions live, and both foundational interviews saved, so Claude knows you and your business
Your brand voice, captured
A portable brand-voice file you can attach to any Claude Project, plus the prompts and worksheets you used to build it
Real work shipped
One piece of content published in your own voice, and one working recipe that runs its first successful pass in the room
Claude connected to your tools
Your first connector installed and an Executive Assistant skill running on your inbox, with safety guardrails built in
A 30-day action plan
A written plan you have committed to, with a cohort partner to keep you honest
A cohort you built alongside
Two days of real work with fellow professionals solving the same problems you are
The support does not stop at the door
Alumni community
An ongoing group of professionals building with AI alongside you, long after the two days
Two-hour follow-up seminar
A two-hour online seminar about two weeks later to unblock what you have been building
Monthly AI updates
What is new in AI and how to actually use it in your business, sent every month
Future-cohort discounts
Preferred pricing on future workshops and sessions
Built around Claude, with the right tool for each task
We use the best tool for each task. Claude is the primary platform, and we cover other tools where they excel, including how to evaluate new ones as they emerge.
Your data stays yours. You work in your own accounts throughout. We never ask for passwords or copies of your data, and everything you build leaves with you. See our privacy policy.
Who this workshop is for
This is for you if
- You run a business, lead a team, or drive your own work — often wearing several hats yourself.
- You want working systems in your business by Tuesday evening, not theory to apply later.
- You can bring real work: your inbox, your content, your processes, your numbers.
- You have used AI a little (or not at all) and want a structured way to make it stick. No coding needed.
This is not for you if
- —You are looking for a coding bootcamp or want to build AI products from scratch.
- —You need enterprise training for a large team (corporate programmes are in development — get in touch).
- —You prefer to sit back and listen. Both days are hands on keyboards.
- —You expect AI to run the business without your judgment. It will not, and we will not pretend otherwise.
