Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

The workshop is organized by AI Upgrade, a venture of ThunderWear Asia Pte. Ltd. (UEN [insert UEN]), registered in Singapore.

2. Registration & Payment

  • Your seat is confirmed once we receive your deposit.
  • All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes.
  • Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice from ThunderWear Asia Pte. Ltd., which shows our UEN. We do not accept card payments for this cohort.
  • A non-refundable 10% deposit reserves your seat. The balance is invoiced and due ten days before the workshop.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • The 10% deposit is non-refundable.
  • The balance is not charged until ten days before the workshop, so cancelling before then forfeits only the deposit.
  • Once the balance has been paid, it is non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute (see below).

Any refund due is processed by bank transfer within 10 business days. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Please reply to your registration confirmation email.

4. Substitutions

You may substitute another participant at no additional charge with at least 7 days' notice before the workshop. The substitute must meet the same eligibility criteria and accept these terms.

5. Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify the programme schedule, speakers, venue, or content. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the workshop entirely, registered participants will receive a full refund. We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs.

6. What's Included

Your registration includes:

  • All workshop sessions and workshops
  • A two-hour online follow-up seminar about two weeks after the workshop
  • 30-day free Pro trials on Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude Pro. Trials are provided by those third parties and subject to their terms and eligibility; AI Upgrade is not responsible for their availability.
  • Course materials, templates, and workbooks
  • Lunch on Day 1 and Day 2, coffee and tea throughout
  • Certificate of completion
  • Alumni community access

7. What's Not Included

  • Travel to the venue
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, presentations, templates, and content provided during the workshop are the intellectual property of AI Upgrade / ThunderWear Asia Pte. Ltd. Participants may use materials for their own business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them.

9. Photography & Media

We may take photographs and videos during the workshop for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in advance.

10. Liability

AI Upgrade and ThunderWear Asia Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the workshop. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your registration.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
