Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

The workshop is organized by AI Upgrade, a venture of ThunderWear Asia Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore.

2. Registration & Payment

• Your seat is confirmed once Luma accepts your ticket payment.
• All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes.
• Workshop tickets are booked and paid in full through Luma. Luma uses Stripe to process payments. We do not store your card or bank details.
• The October 5 one-day workshop is S$489 per person. Former two-day partner and promotional rates do not apply to this new format.

3. Previous Alumni Referral Programme

The previous referral offer applies only to eligible registrations made under that offer. Existing earned rewards are preserved. New October 5 bookings use the S$489 ticket and do not earn the former referral discount or bonus.

• A valid alumni referral link gives the referred participant S$50 off each eligible former two-day workshop seat.
• The referring alumnus earns a S$50 bonus for each referred seat after the participant's workshop fee has been paid in full.
• Referral pricing cannot be combined with a partner rate or another promotion. Self-referrals are not eligible.
• No bonus is payable for a cancelled, refunded, unpaid, fraudulent, or duplicate registration.
• We will contact the referrer using the email supplied when the link was created to arrange an eligible bonus.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Workshop tickets are non-refundable unless AI Upgrade cancels the workshop.
• If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute with at least 48 hours' notice (see below).

Any refund due is returned to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer, within 10 business days. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Please reply to your registration confirmation email.

The September 21–22 workshop will not proceed. Existing September buyers may choose a transfer to the October 5 one-day workshop with any price difference refunded, or a full refund if the new date or format does not suit. Contact hello@aiupgrade.asia to arrange this.

5. Substitutions

You may substitute another participant at no additional charge with at least 48 hours' notice before the workshop. The substitute must meet the same eligibility criteria and accept these terms.

6. Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify the programme schedule, speakers, venue, or content. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the workshop entirely, registered participants will receive a full refund. We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs.

7. What's Included

Your registration includes:

• All workshop sessions and workshops
• Course materials, templates, and workbooks
• Lunch on the workshop day, coffee and tea throughout
• Certificate of completion
• Alumni community access

8. What's Not Included

• Travel to the venue
• Travel insurance
• Personal expenses

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, presentations, templates, and content provided during the workshop are the intellectual property of AI Upgrade / ThunderWear Asia Pte. Ltd. Participants may use materials for their own business purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them.

10. Photography & Media

We may take photographs and videos during the workshop for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in advance.

11. Liability

AI Upgrade and ThunderWear Asia Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the workshop. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your registration.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
