What to bring, how the one day work and the practical details of booking.
The workshop is designed for experienced professionals in Singapore: people in a role, between roles, returning to work, consulting or running a business. You do not need to be employed to take part. Bring a task you understand and want to handle better with AI.
No coding is required. Comfort with email, documents and spreadsheets is enough to start. We explain the concepts, help you set up on the day, and guide you through building and checking a workflow. Bring a laptop and charger. You do not need a paid AI subscription beforehand.
Bring a task connected to the work you want to do next. You could use public job descriptions and your own career notes to map your experience, compare employers using public research, or prepare a sample brief in your field. You will practise checking and explaining the result. This is a practical AI workshop, not a job placement service.
Choose a recurring task and a few documents you are allowed to use. Public, sample or anonymised material is fine. Do not upload confidential employer or client information without permission. You work in your own accounts; we do not ask for your passwords. We cover source checking and where a person needs to review or approve the work.
A clear task brief, one workflow you have tested, reusable instructions and a plan for applying it after the workshop. You will know what you tested, where AI made mistakes and what still needs your judgement. Claude is the primary platform; the workshop also covers ChatGPT.
5 October 2026, Monday, 09:00–17:30 (Singapore time). The venue is Manulife Tower, 8 Cross Street, Singapore 048424. Sessions are taught in English and the cohort is capped at 20 participants. Lunch, coffee and tea are included.
Access to the alumni community and monthly AI updates are included.
The one-day workshop is S$489 per person. Book and pay through Luma to confirm your place. Check the final total shown by Luma before paying. Travel and accommodation are not included.
Please contact hello@aiupgrade.asia before booking if you need SkillsFuture funding. Course eligibility must be confirmed before you rely on a credit or subsidy. The advertised workshop fee is the price listed for booking through Luma.
Tickets are non-refundable unless AI Upgrade cancels the workshop. You can transfer your place to another person at no extra charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Contact hello@aiupgrade.asia to arrange a substitution.
The September 21–22 workshop will not proceed. Its replacement is the one-day programme on 5 October at S$489. If you booked September, contact hello@aiupgrade.asia to arrange a transfer with any price difference refunded, or a full refund if the new date or format does not suit you.
Yes. The free exercise helps you turn a task into instructions to try in AI; you can see your result without giving an email address. The one-day workshop is our only current programme.
Tell us about the task or career step you have in mind. We can help you work out whether the workshop fits.
