• Company name, job title, industry, and company size
• Payment information (processed through Luma and Stripe; we do not store card details)
• Event preferences and feedback
• Referral names, email addresses, codes, registration status, and bonus records when the alumni referral programme is used
• Any other information you choose to provide

We may also collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and advertising or campaign identifiers such as a Google click ID. Optional analytics and advertising storage remains off unless you allow it through the site preference banner.

We use your information to:

• Process your registration and payment for our events
• Send you event-related communications (confirmations, logistics, updates)
• Customize the workshop experience based on your needs and goals
• Validate referral discounts, prevent self-referrals, and administer earned alumni bonuses

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate our business, such as payment, email, website hosting, analytics, and advertising providers. These providers are required to protect your data. Google Ads is used to measure registrations and contact clicks where the visitor has allowed the relevant storage.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Ticket checkout is hosted by Luma and payment processing is handled by Stripe; AI Upgrade does not receive or store card details.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Event registration data is typically retained for 3 years after the event.

8. Cookies

Our website uses necessary browser storage for site functions and attribution carried into a registration. Google analytics and advertising storage is optional and denied by default.
